To ensure your peace of mind, we offer our corporate customers a comprehensive 7-year warranty.

 

Warranty Coverage:

  1. Product Durability: StarrySea lithium batteries are designed and manufactured to meet the highest industry standards. Our 7-year warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship that may occur during normal product use.

 

Warranty terms and conditions:

  1. Effective Date: Warranty is effective from the date of purchase (invoice date).
  2. Warranty Period: Warranty is for a period of 7 years from the Effective Date.
  3. Claims Process: In the event of a warranty claim, business customers should contact our dedicated customer support team. Our team will guide you through the claims process and assist in resolving any issues.
  4. Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damage caused by abuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, natural disasters, or other events beyond normal operating conditions.

Detailed Warranty Program:

1-7 years with step-up money back offerings

For batteries purchased within 3 months, we will prioritize exchanges or provide a full refund with free shipping.

For batteries purchased within 4-12 months, we will prioritize exchanges or provide a 90% refund with free shipping.

For batteries purchased within 13-18 months, we will prioritize exchanges or provide an 80% refund and charge for return shipping.

Batteries purchased within 19-24 months will be exchanged or offered a 70% refund and charge for return shipping.

For batteries purchased within 25-30 months, we will offer a new product discount only, or a 60% refund and charge for return shipping.

For batteries purchased within 31-36 months, we offer a new product discount only, or a 50% refund and charge for return shipping.

For batteries purchased within 37-42 months, we offer a new product discount only, or a 40% refund and charge for return shipping.

For batteries purchased within 43-48 months, we offer a new product discount only, or a 30% refund and charge for return shipping.

For batteries purchased within 49-54 months, we offer a new product discount only, or a 20% refund and charge for return shipping.

For batteries purchased within 55-60 months, we offer a new product discount only, or a 10% refund and charge for return shipping.

For batteries purchased within 61-84 months, we do not offer replacement or refunds, only new product discounts.

If the order is shipped outside of the lower 48 US states, we offer same 7-year warranty and after-sales service, but do not cover any shipping cost.

To make a warranty claim, the buyer will need to send the battery back to our warehouse for replacement/refund.
